Yeah @KantZone I appreciate your concern, I didn't really have very many entries last week so I was sort of checking people out as they came in. I did see that his account was a bit suspect, and that his rep was low, but someone does own that account and the owner did fulfill the requirements of the lottery. There are no rules in the lottery about being a certain type of account. Only a bot can not win, and i did not feel that the comment was made by a bot. He upvoted commented and resteemed, so if I would not have sent him the winnings I would have been a liar. I can not let discrimination of accounts sway the outcome of the lottery because then it would not be fair or truly random.
