Hi thanks, what you do in the mirror exercise is just spend about 5 minutes getting close up to a mirror looking at yourself into your eyes and repeating I love myself. You can also say just encouraging things to yourself and give yourself praise. It is supposed to be a deep connection with yourself when you keep practising looking right into your eyes and repeating positive statements.
Personally I have only once felt very very good doing this exercise but I keep repeating it.
