Panna cotta tea matcha and coconut
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Agar-agar
400 g Coconut cream
2 teaspoons matcha tea
STEP 1
Heat the coconut cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
STEP 2
Add the agar-agar and mix well for 2 minutes on the heat.
STEP 3
Remove from the heat and pour into individual glasses. Let cool to room temperature before putting in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
STEP 4
Serve with white chocolate shavings and fresh seasonal fruit.
