We all look different, but one thing is still same'ol same'ol.
"God made all of us in a huge pot, as huge as a football field. Because God is so big and He is going to make a bunch of awesome human like us, so the pot has to be that big. He will knead the dough in a shape of human and arrange them layer by layer in the pot. He switches on the heat and started to cook us a.k.a. form us. When the time is up, He will take out the human one by one, layer by layer. Those who come out first will be those of the fairer skin, lighter hair tone, sharper nose. The later the batches of dough of human is out of the oven, they will have darker skin, darker hair, due to being heated up longer, and less sharp nose, due to being pressed by the dough on top."
"Once done, He breathed His power into the dough, they become lively human. Hence you will see throughout the world, there are so many human, all of different skin color, different hair color, different features; some bigger eyes, some smaller eyes, some sharper nose, some smaller nose. But all are created by One, and the One is for all. All are to be loved by Him, and to love all. All have different talent and different strength, therefore all will build up and help each other in different ways. Here we are. Look around you and say 'Hi' to 5 new friends that you have never talked to before. Here you will learn to love despite different culture, races, ethnic group and background."
I will never forget this interesting story I once heard from a nun when I was in Primary One. It was the first week of school and she helped us to get to know one another. She would tell us a fiction story every morning before the class started, just to break the ice. She is Sister Adriana whom is greatly missed by all of us, had gone to be with the Lord.
I took this photo the other day at one of the streets in the neighbourhood, where the wall was being painted by human's palms. Hundreds of people from the neighbourhood came here throughout the month of August last year to participate in this wall-palm-art as we celebrated our 60th National Day. It shows that our country can stand united eventhough we are of different colours, from different races, and definitely from different cultures and ethnic groups, different religion and languages. In spite of the differences, we can love and respect one another, we can accept and explore each other's belief, we can honor and give high regards to each other's culture.

Today I want to further remind myself (also for all readers), that we are all different, yes, but something will never change. It is the same since the creation of time, that is, we are born to love and for love. Maybe along the way in life, some are taught to hate or to execute anger to feel powerful, some are told to despise the weak, some are taught to discriminate, but underneath the skin, one thing stays the same - everyone needs love.
My hope for the world is this - "From love ❤ we come, by love ❤ we end". Also "united we stand, divided we fall". I truly want to believe the world can be a better place if we are once again taught what is real love.
Hereby, I include a video made by Digi, for our 60th National Day, following the theme "United We Stand".
Likewise in the Bible, there are similar verses related to this post.
For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness. (Romans 12:4-8)
Let us all, hand in hand, together, in love , for one another.
From Love we come, by Love we end. 💓💓💓 such a beautiful phrase!!
