❤️ Inspiring Story of Lila Thai Massage ❤️
I have been getting Thai massages almost ever day in Thailand. Massage is so good for the body! In America, getting a massage is almost 10x more expensive than getting a massage in Thailand.
I have been trying different shops to see which place I like most. Today, I discovered Lila Thai Massage, and I thought the history of the place was such an amazing and inspiring story.
Lila Thai Massage was founded in 2008 by Naowarat Thanarisutharat, the former Director of Chiang Mai Women's Prison. She has dedicated her life to rehabilitating inmates to society.
Often times, former inmates are discriminated against and and are unable to find jobs after their release. Lila Thai Massage was created to help empower these women and help them develop skills. Not only does Lila Thai Massage, help ex inmates, but they are now also supporting single mothers and abused wives. Women who go through their training are certified as a Thai massage therapist.
I'm so happy that I was able to support such an amazing organization, and I love learning that there are people doing amazing things and making the world a better place to live.
Feel free to share any inspirational stories you have below!

That is more like a community service to the former in mates, take them off the streets and have them become productive to themselves and the society. I am happy you blogged about them @karensuestudios.
Come to think of it, you seem to be fulfilling your target of drinking a thousand coconuts juice gradually from the last picture. Haha😁😀.
Keep up your good work
