Falling in love with mechanical watches is an expensive habit. It's hard to explain what it feels like wearing a truly special watch.
The FP Journe Centrigraphe is truly a remarkable time piece. The finishing of the movement, made in 18ct gold is superb and the movement of the large balance wheel is mesmerizing.
The watch is surprisingly heavy for its size due the platinum construction.
The buckle is also made of platinum which is not common, even in other high end brands.
It truly is an honour to wear such an item.
