There is one ancient book called #Mahabharata. It is one of my favorite stories. There two rival parties of one family quarrel. One party was good. The other was bad. A huge battle with ancient weaponry was fought and the bad ones were defeated. The good ones had to go through many hardships. And #tapas or austerities are repaid a hundredfold. This book has a lot of important lessons. And if you get the gem inside of it you might develop in #yoga pretty fast.
