Hello great Steemians! It good to back here in class. This week's course was a bit challenging for me especially with the eyeliner. Thank you @almacaridad for the course.

As seen in the lesson, you must do shading on both the upper and inner eyelid, with the three shades of your preference and blend it as best as possible; In addition, explain and investigate a little about your eye types and what is the best way to enhance your look according to that type

First, I cleansed used my eyelids with face wipe. This is very essential to remove dirts and oil to ensure a smooth application of eyeshadow.

Then, I applied a neutral concealer on my eyelids to enable the eye shadow last longer and to add more pigment.

I added three different shades with the lightest in the inner eyelid, brightest in the middle eyelid and the darkest in the outer eyelid.

I researched and found out that I have elongated eyes which is also regarded as almond-eyes. It can be enhanced by using the cat eye liner which draws more attention to my eyes and make them look lifted.

I could also enhance my eyes by using shimmering shadow in my inner eyes to brighten them and using a lengthening mascara.

As I said in my introduction, drawing my eye liner was very challenging maybe because it is my first time trying. I had to clean several times. I even changed from the liquid eye liner to the gel eyeliner because I could not control it. After drawing with the liquid eye liner, it kept spilling and spoilt the line I made. This was very difficult. I had to change to a gel eyeliner which stayed after I drew the line.

After several attempts of drawing the eye liner, I was able to come up with this👇

Explain which mascara brush best suits your needs and why; also, tell us if you use the eyelash curler or on the contrary, if you glue false lashes, either in dots or in runs

This mascara brush suits my eyes because it lengthens my eye lashes and adds volume to it.

I did not use either of the eyelash curler or false eyelashes. I have never tried using them before and I prefer my natural eye lashes as my mascara does a nice work on my eye lashes.

Research and explain what is the best way to clean and wash our implements and how often it should be done to avoid future skin problems

Hygiene is very important. Just as we have our skin clean, we also have to clean our makeup implements.

For brushes, we put them in the warm water and add cleansing agents like soap to remove residues stuck in-between the bristles. Then rinse with clean water.

For sponges, we can moisten them with water and apply cleansing agent like liquid soap to remove dirts and stains. After that, we soak them in clean water and squeeze the water out.
