DLT interoperability

Spoke about importance of DLT Interoperability at #MalaysianBlockchainWeek, we pitched a promise of building a world that is interconnected with the ability to transfer value & information between one an another without friction by disintermediation of middle parties but what we can see today most of the biggest projects on blockchain are rebuilding siloed systems that don't interoperate & we made it worst because now we don't have a common standard on working together, most protocols are diverging away from each other that it will get harder overtime to get them to adopt common standards. We can't build a shared collaborative world by being competitive on everything. It will be great to see the industry leaders to sit on a table and decide on how they can build it better. It is awesome to see all the interoperability protocols working towards this direction as well. I have compared a number of protocols & coincidentally met Björn Wagner at SG & we had a good talk about polkadot, it helped me to see it in a different picture, good going guys. But for overall public & private dlt networks i am planning for a working group under the ISO committee to work on interoperability standards.
