FUN TIME with @gee1 - #mancrushmonday
"Mancrushmonday" was the the trend I woke up to this morning. I was interested in the topic majorly because it was one of my mentors, @gee1.
It elated me yet I felt like I did not qualify to participate. No thanks to gender streamlining. so I dropped a comment on @gee1. In response, She may have implied I waited for a 'womancrushwednesday'.
I may have been stubborn or may not have really understood if she did say I write or not so that as I presently write about my man crush you dare not try to judge me. Lol

My man crush is @papa-pepper. I got this name resounding in my ears from friends weeks before I joined the steemit community.
So that the name became almost sinanimous to steemit. I learnt from friends that he was a big blogger and steemian. ''He is a whale'' one of my friends told me. Honestly, as at that time, I did not know who a whale was but I did draw from its representation as the biggest aquatic mammal, that @papa-pepper could probably pass for a big man in the steemit community.

@Papa-pepper was like a representation of steemit to me! I found out he was and is still a Gardner yet he wrote so much about animals. Having read so many animal fictions while I was growing up, I came to like him the more. He is a homesteader, a wild man, an encourager, a lyricist, a humourist and a deep thinker. There is very much to learn from him.

He is married and is a papa to Children he is always proud to steem about.
So when I saw the 'mancrushmonday' topic, I couldn't think of any other name but him. @Papa-pepper kept playing a melody in my head and if I did not at this point let the world hear at least a little of this melody, I fear it may consume me.
Regrettably but honestly, I found out I haven't even been following him since I joined Steemit about a month ago and I must be very happy for the opportunity of this #mancrushmonday. It has been both revealing and fulfilling.
