How Morgans Mandala began
Morgan's Mandala became an official business in May of 2016. I was 2 when I was diagnosed with Histiocytosis, an autoimmune disease in which white blood cells attacked the bone behind my left eardrum. It returned after 5 months off of chemotherapy in the other ear. After the same treatment plan, it has not returned! I've always loved art. It's a way for me to relax. I started volunteering for a local charity, donating pieces of my art for our annual banquet, benefiting children diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. Seven years ago, I latched onto a specific kind of art called "mandala". A good definition of a mandala would be a symbol in a dream, representing the dreamers search for completeness and self-unity, with each one being different, like a snowflake. I take pride in every piece I create. My goal is share my passion with the world.
