A Perfect Bride
Ironically, we are not as circumspect about the specifications while purchasing a mobile phone or a laptop, the way we are when it comes to finding the ‘so called perfect bride!’ While our quest for the perfection continues, neither do we want to give up on the traditionally accepted perfect bride nor do we want to lag behind the modern concept of a doctor bride. In our pursuit to find the perfect, we overlook the perplexities we create in the society in doing so. I guess, the way our mentality as a society is being framed, we’ll soon be holding pageants to search for the bride that satisfies our egos, i.e., to own the so called best!
