It takes a lot of hard work to make a movie, and things must be done according to the demands of the film's script. The changing time has hugely affected the way movies are being made. The use of visual effects has increased a lot in the film industry. It is very rare to see that a movie is made without the help of VFX.

Back in the time, movie makers used tri
ck photography, paintings, and miniature models to achieve cinematic effects but today the film industry has perfected the art of computer-generated imagery. Sometimes, it happens that a particular film is being shot at a location which we have seen, but actually, they are shot in a studio. CGI animation has changed the whole movie making game.

So, here we have gathered a list of movies which have used CGI animation and special effects for filming some scenes.

  1. The Dark Knight

CGI is used to a great extent in today's film industry. The generated images are edited and made outside of the live action shot with visual effects software.

In the movie, 'The Dark Knight', the face of Harvey Dent was shown ruined with the help of special effects, and it was looking damn realistic. It looked like a burnt face without a doubt.

Wonderland

So yes, all that fat there and the large heads were all a product of special effects.

  1. Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest

Pirates of the Caribbean is another franchise that has relied upon visual effects extensively from their very first movie. No wonder it is one of the most expensive movies that was ever made.

  1. Guardians of the Galaxy

Human = Animal.

  1. Boardwalk Empire

In the movie, Broadwalk Empire, VFX was used at some places for making scenes more perfect.
