Texas Mead Cup - Pro division medals

in #mead7 years ago

I haven't posted as much as I'd intended regarding mead, but this was part of the reason. I'm in the very early stages of starting my meadery, have started brewing professionally under someone else's license, and had competition to prepare for.

It was the first time I'd entered a competition, so I'm very happy with the results. I got a silver for my traditional dry and a bronze for my tart cherry (I knew I needed more fruit in that batch).
