Studies show that men are more likely to have hypertension up to 45, but women are more likely to develop postmenopausal women, who are more likely than men to develop the disease.

Doctors warn of neglecting high blood pressure in women, especially after menopause, which can lead to senile dementia, especially in obese and high-cholesterol women, according to a report published by the German website Apotheken Umschau.
