Sharing with you the Polyvitamins, that I use....
My good friends, that specialise in Alchemy, suggested me these vitamins, which can be bought on iHerb, so hereby I am sharing this with you, trying to bring some love to the world. I have been using these for several years now. I am not some kind of an agent or whatever..... :) there are also such vitamins for women.... Wish you all the Steemers to be healthy and live for 100 years at least... 
Here is a tip from a food and nutrition expert.
Add these things in your diet
Ginger
Green tea
Black cumin
Fkaxseed
Berries, any you find
Citrus fruits
Green leafy vegetable
You will notice the difference in few days.

Sorry I am not a doctor, I used to have a problem with my skin though.. I solved it by cleaning my face at least once every 24 hours and not eat a lot of sugar. Also I have some emergency gel if I have a problem..
