Sunlight not only provides us with the much needed vitamin D, but it can also help to stabilize our mood. You can change stagnation, dull energy from anywhere, just open your windows and let light pass.
2. Sound
The frequencies of Solfeggio and binaural beats are soothing musical melodies used in spiritual blessings that help to decrease anger, depression and anxiety.
3. Herbs
Different herbs and oils provide powerful benefits of mood enhancement. Lavender oil has a calming effect on the mind, especially when inhaled before bed. Brazil is known to help alleviate sadness and depression, and Angelica has been used for centuries to ward off evil spirits.
4. Exercise
