Another Success Story: Church Meet-up 2.

Edusteem Team before the meet-up.

It was yet another success story on this second church steemivangelism with the Catholic Youth Organization of Nigeria(CYON), St Mary's Catholic Church KARU-FCT, ABUJA.
As usual, the team under the uspieses of @edusteem was led by my brother and friend @eugenecr7, in the company of other edusteem members : @trendyevents, @farida, @oliverwilliams and my humble self @sunny4glow.
The reception I must confess was warmly as usual. The job of preaching steemit was made easier because, these young and enterprising sets of youths were ready to hit the ground running.

At a time like this, when the signs coming from the crypto market are not encouraging, it is actually very difficult to want to talk people into such venture like steem blogging. But despite all odds, we were determined to preach and take steemit to the nooks and crannies of this country.

My personal message to the youths was basically on the need to have other sources of income, as depending on Monthly stipends no longer sustains anyone. Steemit and other cryptos is sure way to go in our present contemporaries.
I also made comparisons between steem blogging and other social media platforms. This point was an easy one to understand by the youths. Particular reference was made to facebook, where users doesn't earn a dime on their posts but rather pay with their MBs.
Due to time constraints, I couldn't go further, because the other members of the team had to speak as well.

It was indeed a huge success thanks to all the members of @edusteem
The message of steemit must be preached to all the ends of Nigeria.

For God and for youths,
Through Christ.
This is quite innovative and novel. I always ask myself, why do i have to seek for likes and comments through posts on facebook when i can expend the same energy on steemit and gain knowledge and some cents?
I like your team. I was discussing with @lemmybe yesterday how how to spread steemit to more youths. This kind of outreach is what should be encouraged. I wish i have like minds that believe in getting more youths informed and involved through outreach programmes like this in Osun State. The last time was at Govt Girls Sec Sch, Nassarawa, now to the church. . . Keep on the good work.

Thanks @henryndunka. The youths mobilisation is the sure way to go. As for like minds, Just get some serious minded youths and begin to talk them into this kind of empowerment on steemit, you will be surprise the response you will begin to get.
