1.) The girl's mother did not teach her how to cook.
2.) The girl would rather play games than learn how to cook, how to clean, how to pick up, etc.
3.) The girl did not have a mother growing up.
But now that the girl is of age to try and impress a boyfriend, she thinks the "domestic issues" are as easy as watching TV.
