No, never seen or played fallout actually.
Ah ok - one of the characters in the TV series is called Titus; frost is survival mod for one of the fallout games :P
Nice, I will have to give fallout a try when I am done with CyberPunk 2077 which i just started like a week ago.
Cybererpunk is still on my todo list :P
Recommend starting with Fallout 3 or 4 - New Vegas if you don't mind retro jank (limited FOV and all that jaz) :)
