Recovering from depression

Many people still do not believe that depression is an illness. As many times as it is scientifically proven, there are still those who think it is a sign of weakness; in fact, those who struggle with depression are some of the strongest people out there. Depression is a combination of life circumstances, as well as a chemical imbalance in the brain. Staying motivated is also very important. There are many inspiring books available for such motivation. Some books offer daily inspirational sayings and thoughts that can help you get through those days when you don't want to continue.
