Depression is the state when you find no reason to live, when you are tired of bearing yourself dragging through this life and that's when your mind is deceiving you too.

Naturally, our mind tend to be skewed to our goals, wishes and needs, that for example, when we are hungry we see food very attractive and irresistible. And in the same way depression is the condition the skews your mind in to not seeing the good in your life, any hope to live and every reason to quit everything. Although these reasons seem true, but these are to a large extent skewed to the side of discouragement, in fact a lot of the things would be what we fought already, resisted already.

When the things start to fall apart all the other things tend to weigh down on us making our heart heavy. Our situation would terrible that we don't see any way to get out of it. Its not about whether we are strong enough mentally, everybody no matter strong or weak tend to go through these situations.

These situations arise from the difficulty of living our lives in these feeble bodies and these setbacks are in a way our way to learn the boldest and hardest truths about life. This is the way of life at the end. We learn to be what we are by these hard situations actually getting out of them in triumph. In this reasoning too, we are to face these situations ourselves with our mental apparatus, with our reasoning so to comfort of ourselves that things are good for us.

But in depression coming to the conclusion that comfort us is just impossible. Because our mental processes, reasoning are skewed towards telling us the there is nothing that would comfort us to live our life. This is where we have to stop fighting with it ourselves and try to get some help.

Its okay to get help. Its okay! Everything will be alright. Its not that you are weak in taking the help. Its not that you don't learn from these situation. Its not that you are defeated. In life to actually win, to actually take a right decision it might seem outwardly like giving up, like a compromise. NO, in this case it not a compromise.

Because there no getting out of the depression. Even though we do a lot things, take a lot of decisions to comfort ourselves in that skewed reasoning, it won't add up to anything good. It would just make us somebody who took a wrong decision in flawed reasoning. At the end, the thing that gets you out of the depression is not the things you did. Its the time, the break, hanging in there for the hope to be sprout towards our lives.

So on that context we could avoid taking those harmful decisions if we are humble and practical enough to take some help, take some time out, not to actually temped to comfort our hearts in taking those harmful decisions. It feels like we are running away from a battle but actually that's life, its the setting we have to live in, its human nature in this world.

Humanity in a whole defeated by depression, mental sickness. Don't think that you are the one seemed like losing and got help. At the end its another level of boldness we have to learn to give up to actually live.
