For The Love Of Growth

There is no doubt in the sanctity of Makkah,

But a donkey won't become Hajji by tawaf

Rightly said by Rehman Baba: For almost three-quarter of a century, Pakistan could not move from the fixed mindset it has since its inception. For the policies drawn are devised from a regressive frame of mind and change is used as a rhetoric. The stagnancy of system derives from the repetition of the same policies over and over again without any risks taken to cope with the changing world. This country which came into existence because of lack of provincial and regional disproportionate hegemony. The leaders in the making fought for equal and proportionate autonomy for the provincial and regional units. That injustice still taints the system whether provincially or regionally.

Today, the generation running the system is about to change into new and fresh generation but if the policies are kept in the similar regressive way and only the dull of the youngsters or favourite of the stupid kings are given the rusted keys to the throne expect no change or progress. The only institution that has kept itself in the changing paradigm are the ones with a gavel and they are progressing while every other institution being the dirt covered display of political favouritism and boot licking is on the decline and ruining the system at large.Throughout the history, back doors are used for positive changes but unfortunately, Pakistani policymakers could not learn this art. It's not a bad thing to give power to a capable person by breaking rules. Often, merit brings the worst among a lot of worthy ones.

A dear friend calls it chain reaction of corrupt and filthy administration, where the heads of the institutions are made to sit on thrones through favouritism and illegal ways - how come they can come with any progressive policy that can inculcate a paradigm shift in the mindset of policymaking. People in administration and government have to start from a new beginning, not inventing the wheel but rather adopting a smoother and the engaging wheel which is made through new and growth mindset mechanism instead of rotten policies leading to the decline since a commendable time. For if they had been anywhere near better, this country would not have become a shithole it is that needs China at its funeral celebrations at all cost.

The politicians need scapegoats and so does the civil administration that has failed this country, the scapegoats which can glorify their failure through same channels. The population is pretty larger than it is supposed to be and everyone not attributed to the scapegoat positions is ripened to stand on the desk and reach for justice by ripping it out of the system on their own developed and proportional terms. The meaning of change presented by political parties has lost its version after the countrywide protests by Pashteen and non-Pashteen on the extrajudicial murder of Naqib Mehsud. It has to be acknowledged, political parties never needed for revolution and revolution starts from social change and this is the social change showing its face initial terms.

As Rehman Baba Says:

To the blind,

Evening seems like a morning.

The rhetorics of change by political parties are fake and delusional for the policies that run the system are still inclined to injustice and systemic display of scapegoat/flattery induced meritless meritocracy. What kind of merit it can be where the mechanism to develop a merit is flawed and prejudiced.
