Mohenjodaro means that the mound of a mound, the city inhabited in South Asia, is considered to be the oldest city, this city built so many years ago has been so systematically designed that we can not even imagine that. It was built around 2600 BC in Sindh, Pakistan. During the excavation, people came to know about this city, got bigger buildings, water reservoirs, strong walls, beautiful paintings, mud and metal utensils, currencies, statues, bricks, carved stone and many things. From which it turns out that there was a systematic city here, as they lived today, they used to live in homes and cultivate. Many people are excited to know this secret buried under the soil, many times the excavation work has begun and closed. It is said that only a third part of the excavation has been done. The city is inhabited in a 200-hectare area. Pakistan is considered a national icon for this ancient civilization.
In 1856, an English engineer discovered this ancient civilization while making railroads. To build the railway track, these engineers are searching for stones so that they can make ballast. Here he got very strong and old brick, which was exactly like today's brick. A man from there told that everyone's house is made of the same Eto which they meet in excavation, then the engineer understood that this place is connected to the history of an ancient city. The engineer first came to know about this old civilization settled near the Indus river, so it was called the civilization of the Indus Valley. At the time of this ancient civilization, there was another ancient civilization which was in Egypt, Greece, this is said by archaeologists. The Indus Valley Civilization was from 2600 BC to 3000 BC. There were some urban centers in this ancient civilization, which is Mohanjodaro, Burdpa, Lothal, Kalibangan, Dholavira, Rakhigarthi. Mohanjodaro was the most advanced city of all of these, at that time it was considered the largest and systematic city. Therefore, the archaeologist first started searching and more information about it. After this, Hadda was a city that was organized and which was made in advance.
Mohenjodaro It seems that this city has been built by a successful civil engineer, but it was made by the Urban Artisan. In 1900 BC when suddenly the Indus Civilization collapsed, the Mohanjodaro was also eradicated. Those who live in these cities do not know, but seeing them, it seems that they were constructed by planning the whole. There was a pearl brick around the town, which was built to protect. With this, it was discovered that some people lived in brick houses, which were made of 3-3 floors. Some homes also had bathrooms, which also had drains for drainage. The first groove in the world is from this. According to archaeologists, people used to cultivate, they came to grow wheat rice. They used to be eating animals too.
In 1922, Rakhaldas Banerjee, who was a member of the Archaeological Survey, had excavated near the Indus River in Pakistan. The Buddha's stupas first appeared to them. After which there was a fear that some historic history has been pressed down here. In pursuing this discovery, Kashinath Narayan in 1924 and John Marshall in 1925 performed excavation work. By 1965 it was done in the command of different people of India. But after this, the search was closed and it was said that due to the excavation the progress is being damaged.
