why electroneum's price not increasing ?

I am part of the electroneum community since its ICO in 2017 and bought some ETN token in a good price and sold them in a good profit after December 2017 during the biggest bull run of the crypto currency market.

The all "ATH" of the electroneum was around BTC (0.00001148) and USD (0.19), from that time its almost 6 months are passed but electroneum is not growing even after being a good coin and even having a very large community, in last one month it started moving but nothing happened and again its down and I think its the bottom of electroneum.

The current price of ETN token is USD ( $0.009197 ) and BTC (0.00000151 BTC) and INR (₹ 0.6338) I think its the last bottom of ETN token.

As of now,the electroneum is having a large community of 1.5 Million Registered Users and also as same the active mobile miners, also they have recently upgraded their blockchain network to handle larger volumes of transactions, on 15th June they have signed Agreement with Mobile Streams to promote the use of ETN on their Mobile gaming service.

Their future goals for 3rd Quater of 2018 are following.

1. 3 million live users.
2. Launching Instant Payment.
3. Launching vendor API to allow easy cryptocurrency acceptance.
4. Launch community app. Launch gig economy website. Launch vendor directory.

I am holding around 7000 ETN tokens, let's hope for the best.
