Your head is sort of a bowling ball—big, round, and heavy. once it's balanced directly over associate erect spine, it takes a lot of less work for your neck and back muscles to support it. Move it many inches forward, however, and you begin to strain those muscles. interference that forward-leaning ball for eight or twelve hours daily and it's no surprise you are tired. And fatigue won't be your solely drawback. Poor posture will cause back, neck, and different muscle and joint issues. As you slump, your body couldcompensate by flattening the conventional inward curves in your neck and lower back. this could cause pain and arthritis of the spine.
