Cucumber And Yogurt Rice
1 Tbsp cumin seeds
2-3 inexperienced chillies
1 Tbsp urad dkl (split black lentils)
½ Tbsp asafoetida
Few curry leaves
1 Tbsp oil
How To:
Mix the rice, yogurt, cucumber, carrot, coriander and salt.
Heat oil and add the cumin seeds. Once they begin to splutter, add the dkl, inexperienced chillies, asafoetida and curry leaves. Sauté for a moment and add the tempering to the rice. combine well and serve it chilled.
