"Either set out the bus earlier or walk the complete method thrice every week... for 2 minutes make sure you walk at a moderate speed (Approx. 5.0km per hour) then walk for one minute at your quickest pace, then repeat for thirty minutes. you may burn around two hundred – four hundred calories anytime."
