Faizul Hasan Qadri, the 83-year-old resigned postmaster from Kaser Kalan in western Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr region surely understood for developing a smaller than normal 'Taj Mahal' in memory of his expired spouse, surrendered to wounds after a street mishap in Bulandshahr late Thursday night.
