My native homeless friend told me about his accidental discovery of a secret passage going from University Ave. and College St. near the building of Ontario government leading way below underground. He said that at some point after going down for a while it opened up into a void. Then a voice told him that he is not allowed to be there.

The wierd thing about it is that my friend said he does not remember how he got back out. He said that after descending for a long time way below the sewage pipes hoing down a sporaling staircase which then became straight down intil he found himself immersed in complete darkness however curious as he was he kept going reaching bottom, still seeing last light over the metal staircase in the distance.

He felt his way around and very slowly checking his steps with one foot ahead he said there were no columns no walls just a void. Then the voice came on telling him that he was trespassing into forbidden zone. He chatted with the voice as he was walling in the dark. He asked where about is the exit then a light appeared over a door right behind which he opened ending up back at the entrance without any going up the stairs which has freaked him out and he still looked quiet perplexed trying to figure it out as he was trlling me about it.

The place below according to city workers he spoke with after getting back up to the surface is called Midland, about which they well were aware as supposedly the city stuff is servicing the two cities the city below looks similar to that of Toronto above has digital sky, sun and moon. I know my brother well and have no reason to doubt his story as it is not in his nature to do so. The mystery of Midland still remains however the plot thickens with this latest eyewitness testimony. Perhaps an expedition can be organized to explore this mysterious underground city.
