Back Leg Round House Kicks- draw the leg up and snap it
The Kung Fu kick is a multi layered technique. The weight is shifted to position yourself to the opponents side, the knee is draw up into a knee strike, the body is rotated to offer power and misdirection, the kick is snapped and brought back to the raised position ready for another strike, back leg is heel down for solid balance and power through the hips. So much happening, it takes practice!
