Miki Agarwal showed a lack of professionalism as she did not appoint any HR personnel at the office; instead, she appointed two culture queens to look after employee matters. These culture queens had to report to the COO or Miki Agarwal. But unfortunately, this "disrupt-her" change would backfire as it didn't account for actual policies in a work environment.

Now, to no one's surprise, the culture queens were themselves not equipped to handle employee issues as they lacked any experience and training. Even the culture queens had issues related to Miki’s behavior with the employees and complained about her unprofessional approach.

Miki Agarwal was proud of herself and constantly degraded her employees when they demanded rises proportionally to their effort at the office. Apart from degrading her employees, Miki always told them how ungrateful they were when they demanded raises in their salaries. Moreover, an anonymous source who had worked at the company said that people were labeled as selfish and ungrateful when they demanded negotiations in their compensation.

That doesn't make any sense right? Whatever happened to the concept of empowerment? Agrawal sought to lean in and save money. The point is that it a certain level of peace and decorum is necessary in creating fantastic work environments. Without these simple aspects that make up the thread of social life, we are not able to be productive and happy.
