RE: Millenials and depression

Not really comparing our life to the previous generation, and I do think that in a way the ideals of life of the previous generation is somewhat molded to their liking and not really applicable to ours. We as a generation of our own have our own unique way of thinking, and I really do like the idea of discovering your own truth.

however in my opinion, I think it would be almost impossible that the previous not having any influence on our generation to be almost impossible as the our generation is the offspring of the baby boomers, in a way they taught us what we now know, and they have also shown us some of the things that we like and dislike. Great musicians, artists, actors, writers and others the like have all been influenced by those before them but they make their own kind of output, the product of their own creativity, passion and effort is a mixture of what they are and the influence from the previous generation. With that being said, I think even our generation, whether passively or actively, would most likely influence the next generation.

yes unfortunately the new generation will get infected by the old the same way a crack baby will get the symtoms of its mother that doesn't mean we cant perceive it to be what it is, instead of falsely assuming it gives us culture, substance, value to our human life, by holding on to the old a decaying and not focus our human potential on what actually matters and not what our ego/self/conditioning has decided its important. itd be hard to break free but were not computers, were sentient being that are capable of such things.......probably lol
