How to Earn the Respect of Your Peers and Employees....

in #mindset6 years ago (edited)

Hi, Steemians!

If you want your business to take off and see the light of day, you need to learn the most significant merits of a true leader.

Every company or business is made out of people who work every day towards a certain goal. If these people lack the passion that is required to do the job in the most proficient way, you cannot really expect promising results.

Our passion and respect for a job does not necessarily trace back to our subjective views about what we want to do with our lives.

We are sometimes inevitably thrown into situations or jobs that might not have been our true dream or desire, as social obligations often compel one to bear such condition, but that does not mean we cannot work with passion and love.

You cannot know if your employee really loves working in your company or not. But that does not mean you cannot earn their respect or love, for people are not merely motivated by their opinions of taste.

Sometimes, their workplace and their colleagues can contribute greatly to their desire to wake up every morning and come to work with energy and passion.

A true leader is always in the middle of the conflict. When you are in the middle of the conflict that your employees are dealing with, you begin to sympathize with them on a deeper level. You learn about their personal life, and you gain a sense of their state of mental health.

Teamwork is not always a factor of success and its probability for a group of people that work together. Sometimes, an emotional bond or connection can make the difference between a highly successful firm and a struggling one.

When was the last time you had a real conversation with a coworker or an employee of yours?

Did you actually care about what they were saying?

Did you find yourself affected by the events of their personal life?

Some say that a healthy workplace is where you feel like you have a second family. When you truly care about the things that go on in the life of your colleagues (so long as that is not mistaken for intrusion), they will inadvertently start to feel a sense of belonging, and that feeling transcends to passion for the goal that you are trying to achieve as a group of people.

As proven by history, a united force can bear the unimaginable to achieve the improbable. Mutual respect amongst colleagues is the first step in the long journey of success for many startups and newcomers of the business world.

Give your peers or your employers a chance. Feeling happiness and content in your job requires a mutual respect and passion between the members of your team.

What do you know, maybe your colleagues can truly become members of your family, and you may actually start to like the job that you feel forced to do!

A BIG HUG! AND Happy holidays!

Important Note!

I have been working very hard on this blog since the beginning. I have a very busy life but I am giving my best and believe me I have shared experiences that I have been coaching thousands of people and I know that the change of the Mindset should be daily. I am already grateful to see you giving upvotes to each other and you can see this with the fact that many already have 8, 9, 10 upvotes. But I'm sure that with the effort of all of us we will see a community with, 40, 50, 80 upvotes and for that everyone should get engaged so we can make it come true. I believe and we can! Resteem...

***Remember Community: Please, if you commented and upvote on a new post I did, please always go back to the previous one because if someone in the community commented lastly because of time zone differences it will be without your upvote and that would not be fair.

You all know the goal! We can reach: 50+ Upvotes each others!

Attention!!!

I'm reading all the meaningful comments from the posts.

I am here making a list of all of you who have helped build this community by voting for each other who write meaningful comments and soon I will respond to everyone with comment and thank you all because I can already see this spirit being built in this Positive Mindset community and help between all of you.

You will receive my upvote in all material and brief comments I will do this in all the posts I am following very closely and I can see what the people who are generous and contribute to this legacy that I am trying to build with all of you can become reality in a short time.

AND

First of all, I would like to thank all of you, who are the most active and proactive in this community, showing your generosity and always with meaningful comments. From now on I will always make a list of these incredible people who have helped to expand our goal of growing ever more.

But I ask that if you are new around here you read many of the previous posts because they make it clear that we are building a community with respect among all, generosity and this blog is for those who really want to start moving their Mindset to positive and moreover be part of the growth of all of us who contribute to this blog. Please do not ask to include you in the list if you are just wanting upvotes because we want here people genuinely attuned to growth and good attitudes and as I have always said with Respect as the basis of all, generosity and positivity!

ABOUT OUR LIST!!! WE NEED GROW THIS LIST! LET'S GO TOGETHER IN THIS COMMUNITY - RESTEEM!

Feel free if you want to be included in the list of contributors to this community. Just ask at the end of your comment.

If the leader is strong enough who continually work for his team then success is guaranteed. Every work place there's a most important toal if leader. A good leader can lead his team to success . If the leader is strong enough then nothing is impossible for team

Yes sir,

Each of your word is havin absolute logic.

The leaders should genuinely believe in their staff but first n foremost they must understand what the staff is up to, what they want, what should be done to make em' feel home. And generating bonds can effectively boost a lot of things that's required.

Not only the leaders but the employees do share an important share to build up a firm.

It simply all about coordination. The better the pair would be in sync, the more the organization would prosper.

Thanks A lot for sharing :)

Merry Christmas sir!
Greetings from India..

Merry Christmas! Thank U!

Perhaps Steemit works so well as a community for these principles.

I've spent a year and a half on this blockchain and reading the thoughts, feelings and life events of many who I read daily has created a unique familial bond.

The @freewritehouse members are a tight group and embrace all who participate and uplift one another. It began with @mariannewest vision to encourage daily participation and welcomes and nurtures all who take a chance and we see members bloom and go on to other roles. @minnowsupport has been a great team effort who help and encourage all who pass into the gates. The ability to speak freely with these leaders gives us assurance that our best is in their hearts.

For steem to continue growing as it has these relationships forged should just strengthen and tighten. A leaders presence is crucial for success in any project or workplace.

I love some of my coworkers at my day job, but my leader is weak in earning trust or engendering loyalty for his/her hands off style of managing, which is a pity.

Merry Christmas and Happy New year.

Yes friend @chbartist,For the professional, it is important that their conduct is good, be characterized, and dedication to work and presence always at work place.
Always show enthusiasm for the work of the team in your work and keep the interaction with colleagues in the office. Leave aside all personal problems and personal aspirations,

You're right my friend, we should behave friendly with each other in work place, respect brings respect, love brings love. thanks.

I agree, mutual respect is such an important aspect of working along-with the colleges.
Keep inspiring with such content.

I typically sit with my team and the first thing I mention and demand is that we treat each other respectfully and as equals. Nobody has a weighted influence unless the group believes it is in our best interest to do so. I manage the external factor to avoid interruptions with the work as it progresses. This helps everyone feel accountable and part of the solution. Along the way we shared plenty about our journey and it makes us feel like family more of the time!

@chbartist according to me it has simple rule GIVE RESPECT AND TAKE RESPECT . If anyone say something you have to pay attention . If any one is your assistant then don't make anger on his little mistake ,give them a chance to mend it . understand the feelings of other .they will also respect you.
HAPPY MERRY CHRISTMAS @chbartist
@ankitjnv

If you want others to respect you, try doing the same. Just help to coworkers to get the job done and done right. When you lift up those around you, you all rise together.
Merry Christmas @chbartist. I'm waiting for you on steem.chat to interchange ideas about the hispanic initiative. I hope see you soon.

Thank you @royer94 - Merry Christmas
