Now I have changed the minimum payout to 0.40 ETC.

Here is a quick update, yesterday rig has faced some problems and i was not there to manage things so I reset the GPU modification using remote access. The rig ran for almost 12 hours with low hashrate i.e, without overclocking, Now i have managed things and we are again getting around 30+ Mhs, Everything is in control now.
