I have set myself a goal to welcome at least 5 new Minnows a day. I choose the one from the #tag #introduceyourself. Unfortunately, I have seen in the last few days was few where I said that these accounts are real and have potential. Of course, I was too picky because you should at least try to help the people who are real and show them what to do better.

I will continue that and welcome at least 5 minnows a day. At the same time, I will report a lot of fake accounts to Steemcleaners. Only like this can Steem grow properly and it is our duty to do so to keep it clean. Many new accounts with potential are lost because they feel disappointed.

There are a lot of great projects like @welcoming that greets new accounts and votes as well. But it is a single man project and he needs support. Each of us can look once a day at #introduceyourself and leave a comment with a vote. But please do not look at trending but look at new. It matters a lot, trust me.

Once the biggest trouble on Steem is the new users will not stay long and go back to Instagram or Facebook. You do not earn anything there anyway, but you feel better because you get likes. I can not say if they are good for hunger because I have to buy bread with money and I would like to ask you to tell me when a Like Shop is opened to exchange these likes.

My question for today is how can we retain more users on Steem? There are so many on medium. Is it maybe because Medium is easier to use? These are things that we normal users can not change. We can only help the new ones integrate, welcome and respond to their questions. The new users have to understand that it is not easy to win here very fast and fast. Steem also needs investors who buy the Vests. Without them, Steem would have no value. And here comes my new question, how can we bring more investors who would like to stay here longer?

Both are important to the Steem ecosystem. New users and investors. They live in a symbiosis that is very hard to see at the beginning. You can not force investors to vote or even vote, we should understand that.

ich habe mir ein Ziel gesetzt mindestens 5 neue Minnows am Tag zu begrüßen. Ich wähle die aus dem #Tag #introduceyourself. Leider habe ich gesehen das in den letzten Tage wenige waren wo ich gesagt habe das diese Konten echt sind un potential haben. Klar war ich zu wählerisch, weil man sollte versuchen zumindest die Leute zu helfen die echt sind zu helfen und denen zeigen was man besser machen soll.

Ich werde das weiterführen und mindestens 5 Minnows begrüßen. Dabei werde ich auch sehr viele falsche Konten melden an Steemcleaners. Nur so kann Steem sauber wachsen und es ist unsere pflicht das zu machen. Viele neuen Konten mit potential gehen verloren weil die sich enttäuscht fühlen.

Es gibt sehr viele super Projekte wie zum Beispiel @welcoming der neue Konten grüßt und die auch votet. Es ist aber ein Mann Projekt und er braucht Unterstützung. Jeder von uns kann einmal am Tag unter #introduceyourself schauen und ein Kommentar hinterlassen mit einem vote. Bitte aber bei neu schauen nicht im trending. Es macht vieles aus.

Einst der größten Probleme auf Steem ist das neue Usern nicht lange bleiben und gehen zurück auf Instagram oder Facebook. Dort verdient man sowieso nichts, aber man fühlt sich besser weil man likes bekommt. Ob die fürs Hunger gut sind, kann ich nicht sagen weil ich muss Brot mit Geld kaufen und ich möchte euch bitten mir zu sagen wenn ein Like Shop eröffnet wird um diese Likes zu tauschen.

Meine Frage für heute ist wie kann man mehrere Nutzer auf Steem behalten? Es gibt so viele auf Medium. Ist es vielleicht weil Medium einfacher zu nützen ist? Das sind Sachen das wir als normale Nutzer nicht ändern können. Wir können nur die neuen helfen sich zu integrieren, die Begrüßen und auf ihre Fragen antworten. Die neuen Nutzer müssen aber verstehen das es nicht leicht ist hier sehr schnell und rasant zu gewinnen. Steem braucht auch Investoren die die Vests kaufen. Ohne diese würde Steem kein Wert haben. Und hier kommt meine neue Frage, wie können wir mehr Investoren bringen die hier auch länger bleiben möchten?

Beide sind wichtig für das Steem Ökosystem. Neue Nutzer und Investoren. Die leben in einer Symbiose die erst sehr schwer zu sehen ist. Man kann Investoren nicht zwingen jeden zu voten oder sogar zu voten, das sollten wir verstehen.
