Never ever copy paste your posts from somewhere else. Some of your precious posts are C P. Cheetah bot flags them with an upvote and you recieve very less votes for the post, as all get to know that it is a C P.
You do have a reputation associated with your account. Default is 25. It increases as you get followers and upvotes. Downvote decrease it and may go in negative. So post original. Healthy for you and the community.
For every post you put on Steemit and it's related platforms like Dtube, utopian-io, etc. You are paid for the upvotes you recieve. The upvotes you recieve may be of different weights. Some may be worth cents and some in dollars (the whale 🐋 votes). Yo post earns for the first week. After that your payout is made.
The payout is made in 75%, 25% ratios where 75% of total that you see on a post is paid to author and 25% is paid to the upvotes using a formula. Pay out is made in SBD and STEEM, THE TWO currencies of Steemit depending on what you choose when you post. If you choose 100% power up , you will totally be paid in Steem power. For 50/50 yo will be paid 50% in SBD and 50% in Steem power from the 75 percent of the author reward.
SBD you can cash out immediately, but Steem power you can not cash out immediately. It takes 13 weeks to Power down your Steem power into Steem and then you can do whatever you like with it.
Steem power is your strength in Steemit. The more Steem power you have, the higher is the value of your vote and higher will be your say in the network.
