the dilemma

This is a case study of a real life story about a business man who has been operating for long in particular area in Lagos, Nigeria. The business seems thriving and gaining more customer and the long term of the business looked more promising as the number of clients are increasing on a regular basis. Meanwhile the building for this lucrative business was on lease for some years but before the expired lease period, the leasor(owner) came to terminate the lease agreement claiming that he wants to make use of his property for personal business.
The business tycoon to restrategies by going into another term with the property owner which include the option to increase the the rent by 20% but the landlord insisted on the ground that he want to use his property. The life seem more complicated for the business tycon because getting another strategic location look extremely difficult for him without prior notice. His strategy long term planning has been impaired by unsystematic risk that look systematic to him in the period when his considering to increase scale of production and hire more employee. Life look more miserable and could not think straight on the next thing to do because the time was just too wrong for him and even his contingency plan never include relocation.

He later make consultation to seek professional advises and he finally agreed to move to another place which is far from his previous location and that alone kill his moral to continue the business because of his tendency of losing clients but he assumed his going to start from scratched then he move on.
Two month after his relocation, he realized that his landlord had set up a similar business to that of his own and adopting same business policy to his own then he was astonishingly mad at his landlord decision to terminate their rental agreement was due to his preoccupied plan. He wanted to instigate an action for justice claiming that his landlord purposely terminate his contract to take advantage of his business and also to steal his intellectual property.
The question is' can you do this or take it from your landlord? What is your view about Ethic! Are you ethically incline? Let me allow you to judge the Landlord. Put your ethical knowledge into plan.
Never be so blinded not to know that your zeal for success may affect other people negatively.. The long term effect of what you do to someone today my result to adverse effect on the third parties.
Conclusively, it is ethically right to love and to be loved, on this note I want to say happy Valentine to all steemian in the house. Love you all.
