Nokia 7 Plus Gets Android P Update

HMD global promised remaining month that the Nokia 7 Plus might be getting the delicious Android Pie sometime this month. But before that happens the smartphone is receiving possibly its last Developer Preview Beta update earlier than the solid rollout begins.

The new OTA update is Beta 4.1 with construct number v3.190 and introduces many Android 9.0 Pie capabilities. The changelog says there is new system navigation, made over settings menu and notifications. App slices are reportedly available as properly.

Expect battery life to improve too as the Adaptive Battery characteristic will intelligently kill off apps that you do not use as much. Adaptive and optimized brightness is some other 9.0 Pie feature that you may employ in addition to Predictive software movements.
