*It was fun representing Celsius Fitness Drink at the In-Shape Health Club! It is great for pre-workouts. If you are sensitive to caffeine make sure to regulate your intake since they can have 200mg or 300mg of caffeine! Ideally the caffeine is meant to help you burn fat and increase energy in your body :)*
