Simply our economic model of work and reward for effort cannot continue. Today there are fewer and fewer jobs all the while policy makers demand people work to a later age to prevent young people from entering the job market place.
Today we have created who communities where young adults have no family member who has ever held a stable job in their lifetime. As food and utilities and other costs escalate in price this leaves less disposable income for people to inject into the economy; this the economy shrinks...

Indeed some European countries are now paying people to stay at home and not work but to give them money to support the local economy. Such projects must be investigated since to continue our current practices will only lead to more social unrest and economic stress.
