Travelling. We all love it, we all yearn to travel more. Alas, travelling a bit further from home requires usually extensive preparation, work, digging around in websites. Of course, you can spare yourself a bunch of trouble and skip all that by using a travel agency, but that's gonna make the trip cost you extra. Decisions, decisions.

Of course, winging it is easy these days. Grab a smartphone, a roaming internet package for your smartphone and find living accommodations on the go. Still, there are multiple things one has to pay attention to.

Meet Traveler

So what does Traveler bring to the table?

Apparently, Traveler has partnered with TripX, a startup who is developing a blockchain for the travel industry. Traveler claims, that there are thousands of good B2B deals made daily, between accommodation providers and various other portals for tourists, like booking.com. As already said, these deals are all B2B and carry a much smaller price tag with themselves, than the one shown to the end user.

Traveler claims to be an expert in scraping that information and those offers and presenting to the end user. The information collected and provided to the customers is not public, so it will be displayed only to the registered users.

For this, they introduce the TVLR token, which is always worth $1, wherever you got it or however much you paid for it. And if you're sporting any other cryptocurrency, you don't have to convert to fiat inbetween, just grab some TVLR tokens and according to Traveler team, start spending up to 50% less on your travel arrangements.

There are currently a handful of companies working in partnership with Travaler, but as the service grows, the list of partners is expected to explode as well.

I am not affiliated with Traveler myself, yet i believe tokenization, often not needed, still gives birth to many new and awesome services. And if we are to encourage blockchains and utility tokens, why not start with something we love - travel, for instance?

Project sound exciting but I may not use it until it becomes adopted by a good amount of people. Traveling is fun but can turn hectic if one thing goes wrong. Because of that I'd rather stick to the old and well know traditional system over a new revolutionary system that may not have all the logistics worked out.

There is another project in this niche called travala. What do you believe is the best opportunity of these 2 token coins?

Travala? Never heard of it yet, will check it out, thanks!

It's a very small market cap coin you can only buy it on certain exchange at this moment with neo.

You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:

For this, they introduce the TVLR token, which is always worth $1, whereever you got it or however much you paid for it.
It should be wherever instead of whereever.

Top hilarious spoiled kids

Interesting, thanks for introducing the project.

this sounds to be a fantastic startup and hope it will be huge soon. also the concept of TVRL token (which is always worth $1, wherever you got it or however much you paid for it) ... looking forward to use the service

Where is this world going?
