Tesla (TSLA): Deeply Oversold
SUMMARY
Here is the weekly MACD of Tesla (TSLA). Is this the best time to be buying or aggressively selling out of feat that the bottom will fall out? The 12 week (white) moving average line is curling upwards and is likely to soon cross the 26 week moving average line (red). This would give an attractive buy confirmation!
So, combined with the price pattern which is a channel; the MACD is showing that the there is a price turnup approaching. Perhaps the price needs to touch the lower bottom trendline first. This is why laddering in one's entry to me is the most ideal buying process!

This analysis worked, Tesla rose 10 percent in 3 days.
So many sceptics... May be competitors 'll destroy it in long term, but with Model 3 production success, 400 USD seems to be reachable in a couple of months. I'm thinking in short it, but later, near 400... (323 => 318 today.)
Only a complete fool would be buying TSLA! It is hemorrhaging money and news today is that their scrap rates are costing them millions and they have cancelled up to 1/3 of their pre-orders... If there is any uptick, may someone else cause it. The only way I invest in TSLA is to short it at the next high point when RSI is over 70.
I think Haejin would say that price is quantum in nature to the effect that the fundamentals will come along to explain price. And remember TA is only good for suggesting what is more probable and is not a guarantee of future price action.
