The referral points system is the following:
1st Tier
- +4 points for every Direct referral (Anyone who signs up using your unique link and confirms via email)
2nd Tier
- +2 points for every referral your referral signs up (Your friend signs up his friends)
3rd Tier
- +1 point for all of your 2nd Tier referral sign ups

Fine Print
Keep in mind that this is a credit card and once they launch you will need to apply with personal info to be approved.
You also need to be active meaning use the card in order to get the rewards. Currently asks customers to spend at least $250 monthly.
