Diversify Out of the Dollar!
The U.S. dollar is in trouble.
The dollar has been the world reserve currency for decades. World reserve currency status is very important to a currency and the country that holds it. It has allowed to the U.S. to print money in order to support its excessive spending, debt accumulation, and lifestyle while exporting its inflation to the rest of the world. The world is waking up to this fact. Countries like Russia and China have created trade agreements between themselves to allow for trade within their own currencies bypassing the dollar. Is this why there is so much aggressive talk against those nations? If you look at the enemy list of the U.S., they only involve countries that either have no central bank or are bypassing the dollar for trade. Is this why America is at constant war in order to protect the U.S. dollar's world reserve currency status?
Not only is America awash in debt, but so is the world! There has never been a time in history where so much debt has been created. It is not possible for this to end well. Not only is the world flooded with massive debt, but the entire banking system is highly leveraged with derivatives. If you have not heard of derivatives, you owe it to yourself and your family to learn about it. There are about $500+ trillion worth of derivatives that the world financial institutions hold. These are highly leveraged bets analogous to Las Vegas casinos where banks use your deposited money to place these risky "investments". Derivatives are what caused the 2008 market crash. The banksters were able to contain the meltdown at that time, but will they be able to contain the next one where debt and deriviatves are higher than they were in 2008? I don't think so. In fact, debt and derivatives are higher than all assets held by all multinational banks.
Our entire banking system is a total fraud. It starts with the central bank that creates money out of thin air and loans it to the government at interest. You must ask yourself, why can't the U.S. Treasury do this themselves? Why do they need a private central bank to create money for them? Who benefits? The owners of the private Federal Reserve that's who.
Fractional Reserve Banking allows banks to create money out of nothing. They only keep 10% of your deposits on hand and can loan out nine times that in new loans. Do you see how overleveraged the system is? This is why banks fear bank runs and place limits on withdrawals. Think about the poor bastard that takes out a 30-year home mortgage, which I have been there. The bank just creates this money out of thin air by making an accounting entry in the books. The new mortgage debtor is now a debt slave and must bust his or her ass for 30 years paying back money and interest that was created out of nothing.
All markets are manipulated and controlled until they lose control. Many market bubbles are popping up everywhere. The stock market is at all time highs. Is it sustainable? The short answer is no. If you are a trader, you can make money in this market whether it goes up or down. However, I believe that people are being lured into the markets. The banksters want as much money in the markets as possible before they pull the plug and we have a repeat of 2008. People know things are not right. Why do you think crypto currencies have taken off? People are looking for diversification outside of the banking system. Many people see the writing on the wall. Cryptos certainly have a place in ones diversification.
Precious metals are another asset class that deserve one's attention. Gold and silver have been money for thousands of years. The Bible mentions gold and silver hundreds of time throughout when discussing money. The Egyptian pharaohs carried their wealth into the next life with gold and silver. Gold and silver have an inherent value to them unlike fiat currency. It takes energy and labor to bring them out of the ground. They are finite and cannot be printed out of thin air like fiat currencies. Why do you think governments and bankers hate them so? Hold a gold or silver coin in your hand and you will know what real money feels like.
So what is the average person to do in order to protect themselves and their families? The answer is to diversify out of the U.S. dollar and the banking system! Take some of your paper assets which can one day disappear like a fart in the wind and put them into assets like gold, silver, and crypto-currencies. By doing so, you are taking money out of the corrupt banking system and eliminating your third party risk and risk of loss to the dollar's purchasing power. The dollar will one day lose world reserve currency status and when it does - look out below! Everything people worked for their entire lives will be gone.
Do not let it happen to you! Wealth does not die, it only transfers to those holding the right asset.
The US dollar is gone. 12 - 24 months before a new monetary system goes mainstream. Surely they can prop this market up any more.?
can they? If the world dumps the dollar, confidence is gone. The debt/credit model must fail before a new system might be required (I think). Cryptocurrency might be used in the gap or as the eventual solution.
I feel they will limit the impact of the transition to 6 months to 12 months and all this is in preparation. US dollar on the blockchain is a strong possibility.
Interesting thoughts! I certainly think the dollar collapse will be used to bring in an electronic monetary system in order to "protect" us of course. It's the banksters' dream.
Agree. It is coming very soon and 2018 was the predicted year for teh new world currency. It is already here.
I like your thinking @doctorjohn. Try telling all your liberal family that at the next family reunion they all need to buy some cryptocurrency like I did. They will look at you like you are crazy. We have a lot of work to do to educate the masses.
Best,
Isaac
Wot would you think be the next world reserve currency?
I feel the next world currency will be a series of "Corporate" blockchain based tokens as we are already seeing. The world will move away from country based fiat economics towards a corporate, initiative and enterprise based economy. Corporations will take over essentially and the blockchain is how they will do it. They might also move the US dollar and the others over to the blockchain. This way they can continue to suppress gold/silver and have the majority of people focus on perceived wealth via digits on the screen rather than real assets. I thin the next 20 years will be about Bitcoin, Ethereum and some of the others because they were first and have built a foundation.
I could see blockchain based crypto-currencies being a thing of the future. To be honest, crypto is like ahead of its time. Bitcoin as the reserve currency would be amazing
Bitcoin will be purely backed by faith. I would like to see Gold pegged to these currencies to ensure tangible strength and valued against a real time asset. I am still an ambassador for stacking the precious metals along with crypto, alt-coins and bitcoin. ETH I feel will be the next big player although there will be multiple coins at the top. Who will be the Sanyo and Sony of the crypto world?
Sony of the crypto world... maybe Dash? I really don't know. I'm kinda new to Alt coins :D When I got into crypto, back in 2014, I was mainly focused on Bitcoin. I still have much to learn about other Alt coins :D
I feel Steem and BitShares will do very well and so will PeerPlays and EOS which have not launched yet however they are part of the network of Graphene based blockchain cryptos that will drive and support their own ecosystem. The coins that can offer more than just being a currency will have their place. Digibyte is my wild card.
Yes. I need to build up a portfolio. Lot's of research I need to do. :D Alt coins seem to be more exciting than Bitcoin.
"Everything people worked for... will be gone"
This will be tragic! I can only imagine the social anguish when people who are accustomed to eating in cafes have nothing to eat because their money is gone.
It will be tragic. That is why people need to prepare now! Thank you for stopping by and commenting.
The funny thing is I agree with your sentiments and am on the same wave length. However, I've been an investor long enough to see when we are still a ways away from something changing.
The Euro was an attempt to create a currency that could replace the USD as the world's reserve. That was a failed experiment. The Chinese Yuan is the only other currency/economy larger enough, but they will never let their currency float. They will peg it to whatever they want, just the way it is.
So maybe a crypto takes over? I love this idea but that is probably a decade away if not decades. Hoping I'm alive to see this fundamental shift but probably a long time coming.
Timing is anyone's guess. I buy precious metals as a long term savings method. Cryptos have certainly taken the lead at the moment. Thank you for reading and commenting!
Completely agree with this content, especially the concept of wealth transfer rather than wealth destruction. This is something Mike Maloney is big on in his Wealth Cycles work. Recently, it's been published in the Australian news that younger people are abandoning the idea of mortgage adoption in favour of starting a business. Afordabiliy has forced this change in behaviour and I see it as part of a greater awakening.
Thank you for the comment! I love how the greater awakening is happening worldwide. It is truly amazing. I just hope it is not too late. Starting a business sounds like a much better idea than taking on a mortgage. Kudos to the Australian youth!
This moment in time feels like a breaking point ...
You don't have any idea (well maybe you do) how much reading this post has helped me, although this isn't new news it definitely should be treated as such, this needs to be spread like wild-fire. Upvoted and re-steeming and of course now following 😉
Thank you for stopping by, reading and commenting! I really appreciate the kind words. I'm truly thankful that my writing helped you and hopefully it has helped others as well. Followed you too.
Great post, and yes I believe it to be true. It's time to take all of the power out of the hands of the bankers. The way things stand is that almost all governments were given loans that will last into perpetuity.
The deals were not so different from those offered by loan sharks. Possibly the only way to end all of this is to sink the banks..but that's never going to happen.
We are born in debt as it is the populace who are actually paying off all of the government loans. It is easy to ask the banks for loans, when someone else is footing the bill.
Plus the banks do not recognise the legal system...they have their own rules and jurisdiction. Even if they did, they own the government and the justice system, everyone is in their pocket.
Thank you for reading and commenting! You are spot on with your comments. There is a great awakening happening right now thanks to the spread of information. The power is in the hands of the people if they would just wake up, stick together, and take it back.
Wow ,it is Amazing to see this all unfolding!! Thanks Again for another great article!!!

I strongly suggest people go to the library and borrow the following DVD's. If your library doesn't lend out DVD's, find somewhere else to borrow them and make sure to actually watch these. They are an eye opener:
The Big Short
The Corporation
Another easy-to-understand video can be watched on-line here:
The Truth About Money.
There are lots of educational materials out there; it is only a matter of finding them and paying attention. Let's get educated and change the world for the better TOGETHER. Steem on!
Thank you for reading and commenting! Those are great eye opening movies to watch. I will check out that video too.
Most welcome!
