TRANSFORMING TAX FORECLOSURES TO POCKET GAINS

Investing isn't just in Cryptos, the stock market, MF's or real estate, but if you want to be a savvy investor dare to think outside the box and make money work for you on a different level than the go with the flow crowd. This is where you find your golden goose and sometimes it appears to be an ugly duckling!

Tax sale foreclosures, also called tax sales, tax foreclosure sales, tax delinquency sales or repository sales are a gold mine of lucrative pocket gains. The basis of tax sales or tax foreclosures is a little different for every state, not all states in the US have them but the majority do. Some offer the sales and give you a deed within 30-60 days, whereas others may have a redemption period of 1-3 years. So it pays to do your homework.

To give you a few examples; I bought a half acre of land for $200, it was a quality buy as it had good access, electric & a waterline and sold it within a month for $6,000 which is an average market price for the area it was in and that was a profit of 3,000% and all in all I had only put in about 16 hours worth of work in a manner of one week. There is another tax sale I bought for $800 it was a nice 3 bedroom home, with a garage, workshop and on just 2 acres that sold for $50K. These are investments in real estate without having to make your wallet scream in the process and instead, make it fat & happy! In the next post I will go into more detail on how YOU can get into this type of investing as well.

This article is sooo informative ! Do you know if they have tax sales in Ga ? Similar to that half acre for $200 example. Upvoted !

Thanks @denisetherealtor ! Georgia has them but they are not deed sales there are certificate sales with the county office and each county has it at different times, call the county collector to check on their tax delinquent sales list (repository or tax sales) and asknif tere are any over the counter or keft over unsold properties. I just put oht a new post on this too!
