Beyond Physical Money

Money or currency is more then just a physical medium of exchange. Mediums of exchange can be intangible. The most obvious examples in my mind would be favors or the act of treating others well. 

Time itself can even be a medium of exchange. For example: I'll watch your child for a hour if you clean my windows for 40 minutes. In that example it would easy to say favors were the medium of exchange, but the favors were valued based on time according to an agreement reached between two individual's subjective values of both favors.

I'm not going to pretend it will be easy, but the more we learn to use intangible money/currency the better our lives will be in quality. A focus on such monies will build better relationships, lives and societies.
