Marijuana Legalizion Canada Style... What's the Angle besides Tax revenue?

Hello steamians...

THis is my first vblog...mostly the first of many. Let me know what you think. I will make improvements as I make more videos on different subjects and opinion.

This video is going to be an opinion/discussion on the legalization of Pot. I am all for it. Except I often wonder what's the angle since, it was government that made it illegal by scaring the crap out of everyone with false information... But now they are Legalizing it. Why the change in heart?
