MonochromeMonday - Christ the King (Almada, Portugal)

Those of you who visited Lisbon during the Steem Fest 2 probably got to see this monument from the other side of the river, The Christ with the wide open arms to Lisbon. I'm not a religious person, but this monument has always been a mark on my life since a young age. Everytime I go to Lisbon I get to look at it and I always get a good vibe from it.

In this photo I choose to capture not the Christ itself, but its base. i think this perspective make us feel even smaller.
