الخمر

الخمر هو كُلُّ شرابٍ خمرَ العقلَ فستره وغَطّى عليه، وهو من قول القائل: "خمرتَ الإناء" إذا غطيته،[١]والخمرُ شرابٌ يحتوي في تركيبته على الكحول المَعروف علمياً باسم "الإيثانول"، كما ويُصنع من العديد من الأغذية مثل العنب والشّعير، وله طرقٌ عدّة في التصنيع كالتخمير والتقطير.

سبب تحريم الخمر

الخمرُ أساسُ الخبائث؛ لأنه يمُهّد الطريق أمامها، فما من سوءٍ أو شرٍّ يحارُ صاحبُه في الإقدام عليه إلّا سهّله الخمر عليه؛ فهو يقضي على النفس اللّوامة للإنسان، أو يُضعف صوتها في داخله على الأقل، فلا يعودُ يشعرُ بسوءِ شيءٍ، ولا يُحسُّ بما في العمل الذي يعمله من خطر، ولأجلِ ذلك جاءَ تحريمه في الإسلام.

لا يُقال إنّ الخمر حُرّم للإسكار فقط، حتّى لا يزعمُ قائلٌ أنّه شربه ولم يسكر، فذلك باطلٌ أولاً - لأنّ النصّ قاطعُ التحريم-، وأيُّ اجتهادٍ مع النص فاسدٌ لا فائدة منه، وثانياً -لأنّ ما أسكرَ كثيرهُ فقليله مُسكر - وثالثاً - لأنّه وكما أسلفنا يميتُ الضمير والإحساس، ويذهبُ بالحياء، وهو تاجُ الأخلاق وعِمادُها.

أضرار وآثار الخمر

للخمر آثار صحيّة مُدمّرة للجسم على المَدى القصير والطويل، وهو يؤثّر على حياة الشخص الاجتماعية، كما أنّ له عواقب وخيمة على المُجتمعات.

الآثار الصحية على المدى القصير

للخمر آثارٌ صحيّة لا تأخذُ وقتاً طويلاً للظهور على الشخص وصحّته وجسده، منها:

• التأثير الكبير على المخّ ومسارات التواصل العصبية، الذي قد يؤدي بدوره إلى فقد المخمور القدرة على الحُكم على الأمور والأحداث.
• التأثير على تَناسق حركات الجسم كالمشي والقيادة، فلا يعود المخمور قادراً على التنسيق بينها والتحكم بها.
  الاضطراب.
• قلة وصعوبة في التّركيز.
• عدم تناسق الكلام والتلعثم به.
• ضياع الرادع ؛ حيثُ قد يكسرُ المخمور القوانين والأنظمة ويعيثُ فساداً في ارتكاب المحظور.
• الإسرافُ في شرب الخمر قد يقودُ إلى صعوبات القدرة على التنفس.
• قد يؤدّي الخمر إلى الغيبوبة.
• الإسرافُ في شرب الخمر قد يؤدي إلى الموت المفاجئ.

الآثار الصحية على المدى الطويل

للخمرُ آثارٌ صحيّة تأخذُ وقتاً طويلاً للظهور على الشخص وصحّته وجسده، منها:

• تقلُّص وانكماش النسيج الدّماغي للشخص المُتعاطي، وذلك حسب ما أظهرت الدراسات التي قامت بها المؤسسات
  الوطنية للصحّة في الولايات المتحدة.
• مشاكل وآثار سلبية في الذاكرة.
• تفكير بطيء.
• التهاب البنكرياس.
• سرطان الفم.
• سرطان الحلق.
• تغييرات وتقلُّبات في المزاج والسلوك كالاكتئاب.
• زيادة مخاطر إصابة عضلة القلب.
• اضطرابات نبضات القلب.
• ارتفاع ضغط الدم.
• السكتة الدماغية.
• سرطان المريء.
• سرطان الثدي.
• التأثير على جهاز المناعة فيُضعفه مما يزيد من احتمالية إصابة المخمور بالأمراض كالتهابات الرئة.
• مشاكل وتقلّبات دهنية في الكبد، مما يؤدي إلى التهابه، وقد يؤدي في بعض الحالات إلى فشل فيه.
• التهاب الكبد الكحولي.
• تشمع الكبد.
• سرطان الكبد.

الآثار على جنين الأم الحامل

أظهرت نتائج دراسةٍ أمريكيّة أنّ تناول النساء الحوامل للخمور يُعرّضهن وأجنتهنّ للخَطر بقدرٍ أكبر من المتوقع؛ حيثُ إنّ الأعراض لا تظهر على المدى القَصير على أطفال الأمهات اللواتي يَتعاطين الخمور، إلّا أنّ العدد الإجمالي للأطفال الذين يُصابون بأمراض واضطرابات في الجهاز العصبي المركزي جرّاء تناول أمهاتهم للخمور في فترة الحمل كبيرٌ جداً ويوحي بالخطر، ومن هذه الأضرار:

• أضرار في الشكل الخارجي مثل: عيون صغيرة، وأنف قصير، وشفة علوية دقيقة.
• مشاكل في النمو.
• رأس صغير.
• دماغ بحجم أقل للمولود.
• صعوبات في التعلم.
• تشوهات ومشاكل في المفاصل والأطراف.
• مشاكل في البصر.
• صعوبات في السمع.

الآثار على حياة الإنسان الاجتماعية

الإدمان على الخمر يؤدّي إلى تدمير حَياة الشخص المدمن في كل الجوانب، فإنّ حياته العملية تتدهور، وقد يفقد بعد ذلك عمله أو مركزه الوظيفي، كما أنّ عائلة المُدمن تتأثّر بشكلٍ كبير سلبياً؛ حيث تُعاني زوجة المدمن وأولاده، فيَعيشون حياةً ملؤها القلق والخوف وعدم الاستقرار، ممّا يُمكن أن يؤدّي بهم إلى أمراض واضطرابات، كما أنّ المُدمن بعد إدمانه يظلّ مُبتعداً عن علاقاته الاجتماعية والأصدقاء والعائلة، ويُصبح وحيداً تُساوره الهموم، وقد تقوده الوحدة هذه إلى أفعال لا تُحمد عقباها.

الآثار على المجتمع

يتكبّد المجتَمعُ كثيراً من المُعاناة نتيجة ازدياد أعداد مُتعاطي الخمر، ومن الأضرار التي تُؤثّر في المجتمع:

• ارتفاع مخاطر حوادث السّير، نتيجة فقدان التّركيز والوعي عند المخمور.
• ارتفاع مَخاطر أعمال القتل والانتحار، نتيجة الحالة النفسيّة التي يَكون بها المخمور فَضلاً عند انعدام التركيز.
• السّلوك العنيف والخطر من الأفراد.
• تكلفة الرّعاية الصحية نتيجة الأمراض التي يؤدّي إليها تعاطي الخمر؛ حيث تتكبّد العائلة والدولة هذه التكاليف بنِسبٍ مُختلفةٍ تختلف من دولة لأخرى.

Addiction to alcohol leads to the destruction of the life of the addicted person in all aspects, his career deteriorates, and may lose his job or career status, and the family of the addict is affected badly negatively; where the wife of the addict and his children suffer a life filled with anxiety and fear and instability, Which can lead to diseases and disorders, and addicted after the addiction is still away from social relations and friends and family, and becomes lonely concerns, and may be led by this unity to acts that do not pay attention.

Effects on society

The community suffers a lot from suffering as a result of the increase in the number of alcohol abusers and the damage that affects society:

• Increased risk of traffic accidents, due to loss of concentration and awareness of the drunk.
• High risk of murder and suicide, as a result of the psychological state of the drunk as well as lack of concentration.
• Violent and dangerous behavior of individuals.
• The cost of health care as a result of the diseases caused by alcohol abuse, where the family and the state incur these costs at different rates vary from country to country.
